Time & Material

Planned project targets are set out
The customer is in charge of project management

Volume services agreements

Customer/partner contracts define a certain volume of man / weeks
Model of conditions, rates and control of work are arranged
Explicit order; explicit time-schedule of issuing an invoice
Development partner assigns a program manager for the project who has an overview of the complete working volume
Projects and T&M activities can be started by request
